Dear Julian, I have just finished reading my first issues of The Happiness
Formula newsletter and I feel nourished! As a psychologist and a full
time doctoral student in the middle of dissertation work, I am always looking
for methods to maintain energy and motivation, as well as tools to share
with clients suffering from depression. Your
newsletter provides both in a quick and easy to read format. The
messages are brief, yet pointed, providing delicious food for thought and
reflection. The dashes of meaningful quotes are delightful! Thank you for providing food for my soul. I will be sure
to share your website with friends, colleagues and clients. I am
looking forward to the next issue! Kim Kemske Dear Mr. Julian Kalmar: You are so right, true happiness
comes from within and honour is a deep sense of rightness in our choice of
action. Reading your Newsletter was a delight, knowing I'm heading in the
right direction…. Sincerely, Helga |
The
Happiness Formula Newsletter
Two excellent ways to do this are: Periodically listening to the Happiness: The Highest Gift CD’s, and reading the latest happiness actions in “The Happiness Formula Newsletter.” Be well and live happily, Julian Kalmar Current

“Another tour de force; great
newsletter issue, this. I especially liked your take on honor.
Honor truly is its own reward. As you described so brilliantly, the
warm inner feelings when you do the right thing is really worth its weight in
gold. And these feelings are long-lasting rather than the short
pleasure from having gotten away with some (ill-gotten) gain. Also, one
of the greatest gifts of honor is the huge gain to self-esteem. One
becomes truly proud of oneself through honor. And honor cannot be faked.
Others can be tricked into believing someone is honorable, but we cannot
trick ourselves here. Anyway, great issue.” Prof. Bob Nozik, M.D |
